Child & Adolescent Counselling
The growing-up years can be some of the hardest. Young people deserve a safe space of their own.
- Online & in-person
- Trauma-informed
- Queer-affirmative
- Confidential
Children and teenagers feel deeply, but don’t always have the words. Anxiety, big emotions, friendship troubles, school pressure, and family change can all show up as worry, withdrawal, irritability, or physical complaints. Early, compassionate support can make a lifelong difference.
Specialised support for ages 7–18
Our counsellor Tanu Mehra holds a specialisation in Child and Adolescent counselling and finds this work deeply rewarding — supporting young people through some of the most transformative and challenging years of their lives.
We work with:
- Childhood and teenage anxiety, worry, and fears
- School stress, exam pressure, and perfectionism
- Emotional regulation and big feelings
- Friendships, bullying, and belonging
- Confidence and self-esteem
- Adjusting to change — family, moving, loss
A safe, age-appropriate space
Sessions are warm, patient, and paced for the young person, using approaches suited to their age and comfort. We work alongside parents and caregivers where helpful, always keeping the child’s trust and wellbeing at the centre.
